EU Consumer Rights
Withdraw from a Contract
Who this is for: if you subscribed to Faiyr Pro through Faiyr's own Web Billing checkout (Stripe, at faiyr.app or web.rev.cat), EU consumer law gives you 14 days to withdraw from that contract, no reason required. This function is continuously available throughout your withdrawal period.
Subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play instead? Use their own subscription-cancellation and refund tools — this page does not apply to those purchases. Apple: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Google Play: Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
How this works
Fill in the three fields below and select Withdraw from the contract. You'll then see a review screen with a separate Confirm withdrawal step before anything is submitted — nothing is sent until you confirm.
Once submitted, we timestamp your request and send you a confirmation by email to a durable medium, acknowledging that we've received your request. This is not yet a decision on the request itself — we review it and follow up on the refund.
What happens next
We review your request and refund the applicable amount, less proportionate compensation for any part of the service already supplied during your withdrawal period (as EU law allows). We aim to respond within 14 days of receiving a valid request.
For the full legal detail, see the withdrawal-rights section of our Terms of Service.
